Shipping policy

Shipping 

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and either offer a refund, put your order on back order or suggest alternative products. Refunds would be issued to the original payment method.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping within the United Kingdom only. Please contact Dr Paulina Charlesworth’s clinic by email hello@drcharlesworth.co.uk if you require shipping to international addresses or outside of the UK.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You will be advised of the shipping cost at checkout, prior to completing your purchase. All shipping costs include applicable VAT.


4. Delivery Times

We offer the following delivery options:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 : Recommended for prescription items.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 : Orders must be placed by 12 pm to qualify for next-day delivery, subject to availability.


Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. If your order is urgent, please call the clinic to highlight your order to our team. 


5. Prescription Items

Prescription medicines will only be dispatched after a valid prescription has been approved. You may be required to submit additional information for verification before the order can be processed. Please note that prescription items are non-refundable.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.


7. Delivery Issues

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or due to the customer not being available to receive the package, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees for re-redelivery.


If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours  of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and assist further.
